BEST POOL HOUSE - WESTPORT CT

The new owners called knowing I built the house in 2005 and it had won two HOBI Awards-Best Spec home of the year and Best Spec home $4 to $5 Million. They wanted to build a pool house to complement their home. We had to design and build pool house around the existing pool which was surrounded by grass only. New drainage had to be engineered and installed to accommodate the new building.
