MEET THE BUILDER
Founded in 1986, Cerreta Builders was started by master tradesman and craftsman Michael A. Cerreta, who has worked in residential construction for over 35 years.
Having worked as a master craftsman for several years, Mike continually observed two key problems in the homebuilding industry: inconsistency in the quality and capabilities of the various trade groups and an insufficient level of attention to detail by builders. He recognized that these two issues almost always led to cost and schedule overruns and a poor overall construction outcome.
Mike started Cerreta Builders in direct response to addressing these needs in the housing industry. He assembled a team of outstanding partners from every field necessary to ensure the result is nothing less than outstanding satisfaction by the most discerning clientele.
Mike oversees each and every phase of your home building project — from initial design to construction to the exquisite finishing touches. He is always on-site and available to meet with customers.

OFFICE MANAGER
Jayna Lively is the Office Manager and Controller at Cerreta Builders. She has been with the firm for over 15 years handling all day to day activities. She also handles the financial responsibilities including payables, receivables, taxes, payroll, and more. Jayna is a graduate from Boston University in 1985 with a BSBA in Finance.

Madison Cerreta is taking her internship here at Cerreta Builders while she is pursuing her career in Graphic Design and has recently completed a humanitarian experience in Peru and a workshop in San Francisco, CA
